Q: What is the turnaround time for the new sample and the bulk?
A: Normally the new sample take about 7 days to 15 days, the bulk need about 15 days to 35 days.

Q: Do you supply the customized packing items?
A: yes, we can customize the woven label, care label, hang tag, PE bag, box, etc. based on your designs.

Q: How to ship?
A: for the small run orders, the express will be the best option, for the large orders, AIR or SEA would be the best.
